My consulting approach is centered on bringing perspective and assurance to important tree and landscape decisions. I offer science-informed guidance to help care for beloved trees and the broader landscape with intention and care.
I’ll meet you on your land and evaluate your property together — sharing what I observe, discussing your priorities, and outlining practical next steps. My consultations may include plant health evaluations, soil treatment planning, tree preservation for renovations or construction, comprehensive care strategies for trees and shrubs, and guidance on species selection and landscape design.
Tree Risk Assessment
I can conduct comprehensive tree risk assessments to evaluate tree structure, overall health, and surrounding site conditions. I can help you understand better your current tree concerns and anticipate potential problems before they develop into larger issues.
When appropriate, decay diagnostic tools may be needed — including resistance drilling and sonic tomography — to evaluate the presence, location, and extent of internal decay within the tree. We also perform root collar excavations with our Supersonic Air Knife® — allowing us to safely expose and evaluate the root flare without damaging surrounding tissues.
